Peter Nevitt and Frank Fabozzi's Project Financing, published by Euromoney, is an excellent and thorough exposition of project finance for financial practitioners. At 498 pages, the coverage is vast and thorough. Frank Fabozzi is Adjunct Professor of Finance at Yale University School of Management.
